The ESPC Inspire Awards celebrate the people, content and creativity within the Microsoft 365 community during its annual ESPC conference.
- Organiser & Event Context: ESPC are the organisers behind some premier European Microsoft conferences including ESPC, EPPC (European Power Platform Conference) and the European Microsoft Fabric Community Conference (FabCon Europe). The ESPC Inspire Awards celebrate the people who have made a lasting impact in the community, with winners announced during the ESPC conference which this year is taking place in Dublin, Ireland 1st - 4th December, with the Award ceremony taking place on the 2nd.
- Nominations & Eligibility: Open to everyone (self-nomination allowed), for categories such as Best Community Contributor, Best Podcast, Best YouTube Channel, Diversity Leader, Best Mentor, Tech Leader, Tech Trailblazer, and more.
- Live-Onsite Categories & Voting: Some categories (Best Tutorial, Best Session) are voted for live by ESPC25 attendees; others are judged by a panel.
- Judging Panel: The Programme Team for ESPC25 serves as the panel of judges, selected for their insight into the tech community and content trends.
- Timelines: Nominations close on 10 October 2025; finalists are announced 17 October 2025; winners revealed during the awards show on 2 December 2025 in Expo Hall.
- Award Categories Highlight: Includes both “community-focused” and “content/teaching-focused” categories; onsite awards include Best Tutorial, Best Session, Best Sponsor Booth, Best Social Media Post.
- Visibility & Recognition: Winners are publicly announced at the conference, which offers visibility among peers, speakers, sponsors, and the broader SharePoint/365/Azure community.
Overall, the ESPC Inspire Awards provide peer and attendee-driven recognition for outstanding contributions in content, mentorship and leadership within the Microsoft 365 & Azure ecosystem.
