The Self Management Awards celebrates excellence in Health & Social Care, recognizing individuals and organizations that demonstrate innovation, leadership, and meaningful impact. It serves as a platform to honor those who set new benchmarks in their respective domains and inspire others to push the boundaries of what’s possible.
Entries for this year’s edition are open until June 11, 2025. Participants are encouraged to submit their work before this date to ensure eligibility for jury review. Late entries may not be accepted, so it’s best to prepare your submission in advance.
