- Judging & Public Voting: Judged by spa consultants and wellness experts; finalists are selected by judges and winners determined with consumer voting during a voting window.
- Entry Fees & Pricing (2025): AU$395 for one category; AU$750 for two; AU$999 for three; AU$1,475 for four or more categories.
- Important Dates (2025): Nominations open now; close 8 August 2025 at 5 pm AEST; finalists announced 5 September; public votes run 6–26 September; winners revealed 18 October 2025.
